FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

Rum cakes (all sizes) last up to one week and should be stored covered, room temperature. 


Cookies stay fresh up to two weeks in their individual heat-sealed packages. They can last longer, up to six months, if frozen. To freeze, place your cookie(s) in a Tupperware container. When ready to eat, simply thaw room temperature in the Tupperwarer container. Do not open container until fully defrosted. At that point, can open and enjoy individually wrapped cookies! 

Other items, such as chocolate covered Oreos, rice krispies treats, cake pops, etc. have differing shelf lives ranging from 1-3 days after delivery. All should be stored covered, room temperature.

DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN/SUGAR-FREE/KETO/GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS?

Yes! For supplementary $5 fee, can adjust recipes to fit your dietary needs. Please note, not every recipe can be modified to your specific needs. Feel free to send a message with your dietary needs and we can discuss specifics.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

The earlier the better! This allows us to work with you to fully flesh out your ideas and plan accordingly. At minimum, we request 48-hour notice for rum cakes and mini rum cakes and two-week notice for all other items - unless otherwise advertised. We will always do our best to work with your needs, but please contact us in advance in order to avoid a rush fee!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

These vary by recipe. Generally, include eggs, flour, sugar (white, confectioner's, brown), rum, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, and other flavorings. 

Please be aware that all items are made in a home kitchen that contains common food allergens such as: tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, and milk.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We are a small, home-based, make-to-order business. Due to the nature of our business and perishability of items,  we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note we do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and will provide 100% refund in that instance.

DO YOU SHIP?

No. Currently only accepting orders in Dade & Broward Counties in South Florida.
